Ta Som

A small temple with a dramatic entrance

King Jayavarman VII dedicated this small temple to his father; though not much more is known about its history or purpose, Ta Som remains a popular pit stop on any tourist's temple itinerary because of its eastern entrance. A strangler fig tree has actually grown through the temple entrance, but it left enough of an opening through so that visitors can still walk through. Or stand for pictures, as the case may be.

  • Acogedor, habitaciones con todas las comodidades a buen precio. El desayuno no es excelente, pero sí la bebida de bienvenida. Internet gratuíto.
